I bought a new vehicle the other day and was out doing errands when I thought about getting the new car washed. It was around Clubs closing time but was in the area so I went by there anyway. They were closed but still cleaning up so I pulled and asked the young man if I could get the car swapped over from the old one. He said they were closed but that he’d switch it over since I was there anyway and so wouldn’t need to do it the next day. Great young man. I didn’t get his name but I knew he was a new ey, or had just been transferred to this location. He seemed like he was the manager or at least he the head of the crew that evening. Again GREAT YOUNG MAN! Kudos to CLUB & that young man!!!!!!

On December 15, 2025, my vehicle went through the Club Car Wash location on Sterling Avenue in Peoria while my girlfriend was driving. During the pre-wash stage, an employee using a pressure sprayer repeatedly struck the vehicle with the sprayer while preparing the car for the automatic wash and was looking into the vehicle while doing so. Immediately after exiting the wash, the incident was reported to employees Danielle and Corniya (the employee operating the sprayer). The situation was also reported the same day to Assistant Manager Cole Zeone, who created an incident report documenting the situation. At the time the report was made, no visible damage was immediately observed. However, paint damage later appeared in the same area where the sprayer repeatedly struck the vehicle. Once the damage became visible, I returned to the location and filed a damage claim as instructed by management. I was later told by a supervisor that the employee involved was terminated following the incident. Despite the incident being reported and documented the same day it occurred, the company later denied the claim stating too much time had passed and that video footage was no longer available.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RETAINING CUSTOMERS!!!! club carwash is good but no better really than any other membership based car wash. They have a 50% discount for new customers. Ive been a member for years. I called to try to get the better pricing they would NOTHING AT ALL FOR ME!!!! All your customers are important. New and existing. I hate companies that do promos that are to get new customers. You need to try to retain your current customers as well!!!!

I don't believe that I've been anywhere that I've gotten a better car wash. When you're done it looks like a brand new car. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I think that everyone should try it at least once I'm pretty sure that you will go back a second time and so on and so forth
